Supporting Future Scientists
Providing STEM education & resources for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders
Regional and remote schools are often critically under-resourced in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) resources and education
The future of our planet relies on the education of our future scientists. However many children in remote areas don’t have the same access to science education and resources as kids in cities. This makes it harder for them to learn about and explore the wonders of science.
Do you know a budding future scientist? Gift them a GenKind donation for their birthday and help them create lasting impact for children struggling for the right resources.
Deadly Science is GenKind’s charity partner for STEM education
DeadlyScience started after Corey Tutt found out that remote schools were often critically under-resourced.
He founded Deadly Science to provide science, technology, engineering & maths education & resources for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander learners in Australia.
Deadly Science’s mission is to ensure all schools have access to our history of science by providing resources that connect schools to the First Scientists of Australia Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
So far 34,000 students across 1,100 schools have been impacted by their work, with over 25,000 books and 700 telescopes distributed.
