Defend Marine Wildlife 〰️

Use your birthday party to protect our Oceans and become an Ocean Avenger!

By choosing to protect our oceans, your gift will go to Sea Shepherd. Sea Shepherd is an international, non-profit marine conservation organisation - a team of real-life superheroes who protect the ocean and its amazing animals. How do they help?

  • They use their fleet of boats to chase illegal fishing ships and stop them.

  • They protect whales and dolphins from being hunted.

  • They clean up plastic and other rubbish from the ocean.

  • They fight to save sharks from being killed just for their fins.

How your donation will help:

The ocean environment is very finely-balanced and specifically designed to support marine wildlife. Animals like dolphins, whales, seals and sharks need safe sanctuaries to feed and raise their young without pollution. But destructive fishing gear, plastics and other marine debris destroy these habitats and choke the animals.

Your donation directly supports Sea Shepherd’s mission to defend, conserve, and protect the ocean through their direct action campaigns. This includes:

  • Fuel, supplies and crews for ships: Sea Shepherd uses its fleet of ships, including the Ocean Warrior, to go after the bad guys.

  • Beach and Ocean Cleanups: They organise cleanups to remove harmful plastic and nets

  • Legal work: A big part of their job is to fight for stronger marine conservancy laws - which makes it harder for the bad guys to do bad things without being punished.

If you choose to support Sea Shepherd with your birthday, we will make the one-off donation on your behalf. You will then receive regular updates from the charity, so you can enjoy exclusive perks and updates on how your contribution makes a difference.

There is no minimum donation amount for this cause.
